Yes. You can ship individual boxes or pallets. Send us your packing list or the weight and volume for a quote.
How long does delivery take?
Allow around three weeks from your supplier in China to your delivery address in Europe. Getting the goods ready for export, including handover and customs clearance in China, can take around a week, depending on your supplier's location. Once Chinese customs has cleared the shipment for export, transport to Europe takes an average of two weeks.
How is the price calculated?
Transport costs €3.25 per kg. Import handling is an additional €0.35 per kg, and palletising costs €25 per pallet. Box labelling is free. Your quote sets out the costs and services for your shipment.
Do I need a packing list to get started?
No. You can start with the weight and volume.
What does my supplier need to do?
Once you approve the quote, we'll coordinate the documents, labels and handover in China with your supplier.
Will I be charged import VAT?
If you choose our import handling service, you won't be charged import VAT. This service costs an additional €0.35 per kg.
What can I track during transport?
You can see the truck's location and the temperature and humidity inside it.
